Automatic Degasifier

Automatic degasifier is controlled by SIEMENS PLC system. Combined with sterilization machine, it is used to remove gas, water, and peculiar smells to improve the quality of the product. This automatic degasifier is equipped with a flash evaporator, a condenser, a balance water drum, plate type heat exchanger, a water pump, a transfer pump, electricity controller, etc. The channels and the parts that are in contact with materials are made of SUS304. Materials with a temperature of 90-95℃, monitored by imported electrical magnetic flow meter, is instantaneously cooled down in the flash evaporator in sub pressure (-0.078-0.087MPa), making 1%-10% moisture and most of the gas evaporated. The materials are then cooled down in the condenser to 55~56 ℃ and discharged to the next production procedure. The liquid level of the flash evaporator and the condenser are automatically controlled by imported liquid level control meter to reach a balance of the system. The foul gas is drawn out by a vacuum pump and the condensed water is then further cooled down so as to be recycled. The cooling temperature controlled by BURKET seat valve and Denmark TEMPRESS temperature sensor. All the gas valves of this automatic degasifier are controlled by SIEMENS PLC to reach automatic switch of working section like flash evaporator and CIP system.
