Applications
Our plastic cap injection molding machine is for making all kinds of plastic bottle caps like water bottle caps, carbonated bottle caps, drink bottle caps, sport-type bottle caps, edible oil bottle caps, spice bottle caps, and 5 gallon bottle caps.
Characteristics
1. The clamping unit of this plastic cap injection molding machine is of arrange obliquely five-point and elbow type structure. It is numerical optimized on its parameters and design. Finite element analysis is applied to molding board. It is of extra-sensitive low pressure mold protection function, and machinery and electric double protection function.
2. The oil motor drives the gear to adjust the mould of this plastic cap injection molding machine. It is of good synchronism. The mould can be automatically adjusted according to the appointed pressure.
3. The control unit has an Esto 7' wide TFT LCD screen, P8C/P10C control panel, Pentium II processor, RAM and FRASH, LINUX operating system and USB interface.
