1. Aluminum Alloy: Aluminum alloy gives bottle mold, preform mold and cap mold a longer use life. It is easy to cool but cost more.
2. 45# carbon steel with hard chrome plated surfaces: It is low-cost, but provides shorter service time than Aluminum Alloy

Preform Mold
1. These preform molds are designed on the basis of German and Swedish preform mold.
2. The core and cavity of our preform mold are made of imported nitrated steel so as to be in conformity with international standards.
3. It is of hot runner design, ensuring uniform heating and better molding performance.
4. High-efficiency is attained with normal temperature water cooling.
5. Preform molds is available with 1 cavity to 48 cavities.

Cap Mold
1. The cap mold adopts Germany 2316 core materials, with a rigidity up to HRC 48-50.
2. The cap mold can be used for produce more 2,000,000 molds. Hot runner structure is adopted with the head connected to the cooling water directly. This guarantees a high efficiency.
