Features of Fully Automatic PET Blow Molding Machine
Our fully automatic PET blow molding machine is uniquely designed with innovative and reasonable mechanical structure. During the production process, the bottles are reversely placed. This is to prevent overheat of the mouth and extend its application. Adopting cheap compressed air as the driving power and updated PLC technology for automatic control, this fully automatic pet blow molding machine has functions like parameter presetting, self diagnosis and alarm. With touch screen and LCD display, operation could not be any simpler.

Preform Feeding System
This fully automatic PET blow molding machine has an automatic preform feeding system, which automatically controls the preform number in the conveying tunnel.

Heating System
Preform heating structure is made up of three serial sets of heating tunnels. Each heating tunnel is installed with 8 pieces of infrared ray and quartz lighting tubes, which are distributed on both sides of the heating tunnel.

Mould-closing System
The mould-closing system of this fully automatic PET blow molding machine is placed in the middle part of the machine and is composed of a mould-closing cylinder, a moving template and a fixed template. The two halves of the mould are fixed on the fixed template and move template respectively.

PLC control System
The PLC control system works to ensure this fully automatic PET blow molding machine to work in its intended way. It shuts down the machine and indicates the reasons of fault on the touch screen when error occurs.

Blow Structure
Thanks to the bottom-blow structure of this PET blow molding machine, the bottles are always reversely placed to prevented pollution of dust and dirtiness.

Air Separation System
The blowing air and power air are separated. With an optional air dry and air filter, the quality of the bottles can be improved to a largest extend.
