Automatic Jar Blow Molding Machine

This automatic jar blow molding machine comes with innovative and reasonable structure. It placed the bottles upside down to prevent overheating of the bottle mouth, thus extending the application. It adopts compressed air as the driving power. With PLC control system, this automatic jar blow molding machine is able to carry out automatic functions like parameters presetting, self-diagnosis, and alarm. In addition, it employs human interface and LCD display.

Heating Tunnel
The preform heating structure is made up of three serial sets of heating tunnel and one blower. Each heating tunnel comes with 8 pieces of far ultra red and quartz lighting tubes, which are distributed on each side of the heating tunnel.

Mould-closing Device
Located in the middle part of the automatic jar blow molding machine, the mould-closing device is made up of a mould-closing cylinder, a moving template and a fixed template. The two halves of the mould are placed on the fixed template and the moving template respectively.

PLC Control System
The PLC control system keeps an eye on the preform temperature. If this automatic jar blow molding machine works in a deviated way, it will shut the machine automatically and indicates the reason of error on the touch screen.

Blow structure
As a result of the bottom-blow structure, the bottle mouth is placed downward for preventing the pollution of dust and dirtiness.

Air separation system
The blowing air and the working air are isolated. This is to ensure the bottles are as clean as possible. Optional air filter is available upon request.
